Imposter Syndrome

The 2-hour workshop is designed for parents, carers and children dealing with the effects of imposter syndrome with focus on “what is imposter syndrome, how it affects you and how to overcome it”.

The activities aim to help you be familiar with your impostor feelings and to feel you are in a safe space where you feel comfortable to share your feelings with everyone else in the group whilst sharing one or two laughs about it too.
