We Put Your Needs First

Our 90 minutes workshops are led by TWO members of SWC so there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions relevant to your situation and hear practical responses. Research suggests that sharing challenges, and identifying effective solutions, alleviates undue stress or worry, and is more effective than mindfulness! After each workshop you will receive an e-handout.

Family

FAMILY WORKSHOPS

Family Workshops are designed for parents, carers and children to support and enhance whole family values and strong bonding.  


These programmes focus on dealing with daily challenges by bringing awareness to both parents/carers and children through neutral discussions and continuous learning.  


Some examples are:

Young Couple

PARENT WORKSHOPS

Parent Workshops are designed for parents and carers to understand their values, how to instil these values into their children from birth and watch them grow to become well-balanced adults.  


These programmes focus on life skills development

Children Meditating

CHILDREN'S WORKSHOPS

Children Workshops are designed for children with anxiety, imposter syndrome, and lack of confidence in themselves or their life skills.  


All programmes are sensitively focused on self-awareness and gentle discussions with a view to embarking on a journey of self-belief, confidence and strength.
